How Does Google Search Works?

We all know what is google. We just type a few words or ask questions and within seconds we get the correct and the most accurate results on google. Have you ever wondered how does this happen? The whole process begins when you type your search. Google's software programmes keep on scanning each new website which comes all the time and keeps on adding them to the list. The software or spiders takes note of all the keywords, web pages, descriptions, etc to learn your data search. This whole process is known as crawling.

After the content related to your search is discovered, google analyses the data attached to your search. Then this data is stored in google's huge data centres. This process is called indexing.

Then Google determines the most accurate results to your search by making analyses of the user's location, language, device (desktop or phone), and previous queries by ranking the top 10 results. For example, when you search restaurants near me in India you will get the results of your location only. This is how google serves the results. This entire process just takes time less than a second.
Google does not accept any money to rank the websites but it gets money by advertising websites to the users. Google learns your search patterns and gives personalised ads. Today google is the most used search engine. Nowadays we even don't need to go inside websites, google provides direct results. In this way, google continues to dominate over other search engines.

Thanks for reading. Do write your review in comments. Tell me what would have happened if google would not have existed, in comments below. Stay tuned!
